We recommend our Introduction to Skiing or Snowboarding for those who are new to the sport or returning to the slopes after many years - beginners age 8 to Adult.
This 1.5-hour group lesson is designed for those who are new to the sport or returning to the slopes after many years. The lesson will cover how your equipment functions and foundational skills like proper body position, stopping, turning and speed control. Available weekends and holiday weeks.
Ticket is not permitted on chairlifts.

This 1.5-hour group lesson is designed for those who would benefit from reviewing the basic fundamentals (proper body position, stopping, turning in both directions, speed control) or improving their skills to confidently and safely explore new terrain in our learning center using our surface lifts.
Ticket is not permitted on chairlifts.

This 1.5-hour group lesson is designed for those who are ready for the chairlift or have already been to the summit. Students will be placed into a group based on prior skiing/snowboarding experience and ability. Our trained instructors will help you improve your technique and develop new skills, allowing the student to revisit or explore all that Willard has to offer.
Beginners should already be able to safely and confidently link S turns, perform various turn shapes, control speed through turn size and shape, and be able to follow in a line.
LITTLE COLONEL 1-DAY SKI GROUP LESSONS ages 4-7

This group ski lesson is designed for our youngest skiers - ages 4 -7. It is available weekends and holiday weeks.
We make an extreme effort to communicate all closings and delays, but we do not have the ability to personally contact every skier, snowboarder and snow-tuber. Our website’s home page will be your very first indication as to any variations from the normal hours of operation and lessons.
