  • The key to comfort and warmth is to dress in layers and avoid cotton, as it traps moisture.  This video provides a more detailed explanation.

    • Moisture wicking base layer, tight fitting and made of wool or a synthetic material.  

    • Insulating mid-layer, such as fleece or a down.

    • Waterproof outer layer,  both jacket and pants.

    • Other essentials: helmet (designed for skiing or snowboarding), waterproof gloves or mittens, and socks (preferably ski or snowboard wool or synthetic, avoiding cotton).

    • Suggested: a neck gator and eye protection (goggles).

  • You can purchase online or at the front desk.

    Lift tickets are available for your choice of  4-hour or 8-hour daily tickets here.

    Weeknights (on non-holidays) from 7 PM - 9 PM are also available here.

    We accept Cash and all major Credit Cards (with a 3% service fee).

  • At Colonel’s Canteen Cafeteria, we offer a cafe with prepackaged food, snacks, and drinks. The Thirst Aid Room serves a variety of appetizers, sharables, burgers, and sandwiches. 

    Please let the counter staff or your server know about food allergies.

  • Willard Mountain offers ski and snowboard lessons from age 4-adult. Please see our Web Store - Categories for more detailed information.

    Available options are:

    • 1.5-Hour Group Sessions (available as complete package including rentals and ticket)

    • 6-Week Group (known as our Superpass)

    • Advanced Lesson Programs (Star or All Mountain)
