The key to comfort and warmth is to dress in layers and avoid cotton, as it traps moisture. This video provides a more detailed explanation.
Moisture wicking base layer, tight fitting and made of wool or a synthetic material.
Insulating mid-layer, such as fleece or a down.
Waterproof outer layer, both jacket and pants.
Other essentials: helmet (designed for skiing or snowboarding), waterproof gloves or mittens, and socks (preferably ski or snowboard wool or synthetic, avoiding cotton).
Suggested: a neck gator and eye protection (goggles).

At Colonel’s Canteen Cafeteria, we offer a cafe with prepackaged food, snacks, and drinks. The Thirst Aid Room serves a variety of appetizers, sharables, burgers, and sandwiches.
Please let the counter staff or your server know about food allergies.
