Ski Equipment Rentals and Lesson area are Handicap Accessible. Please call 518-692-7337 if assistance is needed.

Tubing Area is Handicap Accessible.  Assistance for tubing is available from attendant on hand.

Service Animals are allowed in the lodge and on the base areas of the property.

Allergy food signage is posted within designated areas when appropriate.  Those with allergies are encouraged to inform food staff of your allergy before choosing food for purchase at Willard Mountain.

Hearing Impairments: Our staff is glad to assist with any hearing related needs related to describing mountain safety, ticket purchases, or questions a consumer may have prior or after skiing, tubing, or other activities on the mountain.
